Returns and Refunds Policy

At AS Sports & Fitness Goods, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how returns and refunds work.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used (such as grip trainers or resistance bands that show signs of use).


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
AS Sports & Fitness Goods is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. Then contact us at assportsfitness@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate
